August 2008: Relocation to new premises.
Aquila is pleased to announce that
following a management buy-out, relocation of the business
to more suitable premises is now complete.
Operating from our new base in Newport, Essex,
Aquila is looking forward to continuing to provide all our
customers, present and future with a greater level of service
and support.

June 2008: Aquila reverts to private ownership in management buy-out.
18th June 2008: Aquila can now announce that an agreement for the
sale and purchase of the entire capital of Aquila Instruments Ltd.
has been signed today.
Under the terms of this agreement, Aquila will
no longer be a part of Millbrook Scientific Instruments PLC group but
will instead be privately owned. Arrangements are being made to
re-locate the business to the south-west of the United Kingdom.
